Meet the management team behind the Neogleam London.

The founder, Mr Haider Jassim, established Healthside Pharmacy more than 10 years ago in the same area Hammersmith. Being a qualified Pharmacist himself for more than 15 years he has always been passionate about skin and skin conditions. He wanted to create something special, unique and professional, hence Neogleam was born, run by Healthcare professionals.

Together with Mohammed Al-Jobori, their combined diverse backgrounds in pharmacology and entrepreneurship led to the establishment of a Neogleam Aesthetics Clinic. Being a widely unregulated industry, their aim was to bring together expert practitioners to provide high-quality treatments for skin care, laser, and aesthetics.

Mohammed has a long-standing passion for business and has been involved in a number of different industries over many years. He also has his own accountancy firm Moaden, and has been instrumental in the strategy of the clinic concept.

Ala’ Jaber is an established Architect and Interior Designer that used her study and expertise of beauty and perfection to follow her passion and venture into the world of Human aesthetics. Her focus on client external beauty desires coupled with her outgoing and persistent personality has helped achieve challenging objectives that always live to the highest expectations of clients and humans alike. Having helped establish successful and thriving Design companies around the world during her career, her focus is now on making Neogleam be among the leading aesthetics clinics in London. 

The vision was brought together with Creative Director, Rakesh Tailor who helped craft the brand alongside Italian architect Federico Fioravanti to bring the clinic to life. Rakesh has a background in fashion, branding and entrepreneurship, having worked with over 35 brands as a designer and serving over 50 industries through his own creative agency, Fresh Canvas.

The vision of Neogleam is to create a private clinic where the quality of effective and safe treatments combined with expert aftercare is tailored to put the patient first.
